DESCRIPTION:Time: 5:30pm Dinner\, 7:30pm Show\nCost:$38 (show only)\, $53 (dinner+show) \nWith guest vocalist Yolande Bruce. \n  \nExperience the swing of the season with a variety of holiday-themed music. The band will play many of the great holiday hits\, including Winter Wonderland\, Little Drummer Boy\, Adeste Fideles\, Oh Hanukkah\, and of course\, Jingle Bells. Many of these spectacular charts include versions presented by legendary performers such as Ella Fitzgerald\, Stan Kenton\, Claude Thornhill\, and Eartha Kitt. Vocalist Yolande Bruce\, of Moore by Four fame\, will help us celebrate. \nVisit her facebook page. \nGuests purchasing dinner will be treated to an extra-special bonus. The Minnesota Youth Jazz Bands Combo\, comprised of several elite student musicians\, will perform during the dinner hour (6-7pm). The 2019-2020 school year will be our 16th season. Approximately 200 students from over 50 different schools will participate in eight different jazz groups which will rehearse weekly\, perform numerous concerts and record a CD and/or DVD. Count Basie led one of the most influential big bands\, both as codifying an ensemble style and as a vehicle for great composers and arrangers like Benny Carter\, Frank Foster\, and Quincy Jones.  JazzMN will also welcome back the swinging and soulful voice of Ms. Debbie Duncan. \nVisit her facebook page.
